I can’t say enough great things about the service team at Crestmont Volkswagen! Dave always goes above and beyond to make sure my service is completed in a timely manner and takes the time to clearly explain everything being done. Tyler in parts is awesome — he’s always quick to get the parts needed and explains exactly what they’re for. Duke, the master tech, is fantastic as well. He always greets customers with a smile and is more than happy to explain the work completed along with any recommendations for future service. And last but definitely not least, Donna at the front desk is always in a great mood and such a pleasure to deal with. The entire team makes every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I left my 2021 Atlas Cross Sport at Teddy Volkswagen on March 12, 2026 for a dashboard warning showing the emergency call system was not working (a safety feature). I was told diagnostics would take 24–48 hours. After multiple follow-up calls and no returned messages, I eventually learned a part had been ordered and a Volkswagen Technical Assistance case opened. I picked up my vehicle on March 14 and was told I would be contacted when the part arrived. I have still received no update and no repair timeline, and the safety system remains unresolved. Communication from the service department was extremely poor. If a dealership keeps a customer’s only vehicle for diagnostics, they should at minimum provide updates and follow through. I am currently working with Volkswagen Customer Care to resolve this issue.

I purchased a 2011 VW GTI and along with it a $599 "Vehicle Tire and Wheel Guarantee". The former business manager (now Ryan Agosti) pulled out a photo of a damaged wheel and recommended this covered. He ensured by that any damage to the wheels would be covered under this agreement. A year later I attempted to fix minor scrapes on the wheels at New Country and was told that the stock wheels on my vehicle were not covered based on the way they are manufactured. I contacted Ryan Agosti and explained everything. She claimed to have checked with her boss, Tom Coppinger who said there would be no refund whatsoever. The only reason this was purchased would be to cover the wheels- based on the guidance of the dealership themselves.
