Ted Daly is an honest man and a pleasure to do business wit! VW does the "sign and drive" lease special every year. We were not sure whether we wanted to lease the VW, but our daughter needed a vehicle and we t VW does the "sign and drive" lease special every year. There was one glitch. The salesman was promoting a "Term Care Lease Protection" warranty. For some reason, we thought it was a good idea, but found out that this was a complete waste of money. The replacement wiper blades, among other items "covered" under the warranty, were a complete hassle to obtain. It took over 1 hour of red-tape with to get someone from Total Warranty Services, Inc. to acknowledge that YES, we could get the replacement wiper blades. More

How to buy a car in less than an hour. I checked the VW website and was called within 5 minutes. I told Marty that I would be there within 30 minutes. The next day they had a tech person available for a tutorial on all the cool features before I drove off with my new VW Atlas. The whole experience was very smooth and quick. As a New Yorker, I can be pretty demanding but I can’t think how the process could be improved! More

Golden goose was found!! This is my fourth car bought at VW of Naples, and it is my third time going through the process with Erin Presley. Let me tell you, she is absolutely This is my fourth car bought at VW of Naples, and it is my third time going through the process with Erin Presley. Let me tell you, she is absolutely wonderful!!! Usually, VW of Naples will have exactly what I'm looking for, but this time, I was looking for the golden goose. I was looking for a VW Atlas SEL Premium with white exterior and golden oak interior (NO CAPTAINS CHAIR). Erin looked for it everywhere in the country and could not find one, and when she would find one, the dealership that had it would not let go of it, Erin must have called 40 different dealerships to see if she could get one. And after almost 2 months of waiting, she calls me to give me the news that she has one on the way, EXACTLY to my specifications!!! You don't get this type of service and commitment anywhere else, only at VW of Naples, and Erin Presley. Now, I must make two honorable mentions, on to Chuck Whitley, as he worked with Erin to get this golden goose, so thank you Chuck. And one to Michael Schutt in Finance, the easiest finance process I have ever done on a new car, in and out in just under 20 min.
