Kyle was eager to accommodate my needs as I explained them to him. I had never intended on trading in my current car at the time and was only considering selling it myself. Kyle offered to have my car's value appraised over the phone and with a few picture messages of my vehicle and its corresponding information, Kyle spoke with manager Micky Joy who worked up a trade-in figure which I was surprisingly satisfied with. After reviewing the details, I made an appointment to come in and buy my new GTI the following day. When I arrived, the car looked just as described. Kyle was quick to offer a test drive and was extremely informative regarding not just the vehicle itself, but its warranty information, maintenance schedule and more. When I got into the finance office, F&I manager Ted Daly was very clear in explaining exactly what I was signing. His friendly approach made the process even more of a pleasure and I drove away in my new car feeling satisfied with my overall buying experience. I have been an automobile salesman in my career and my father was an automobile salesman at the same VW agency in Toronto for 17 years. I know something about customer care. John Quinn was terrific. He presented the car I liked with care and expertise and never pushed me into a decision. Once I decided to purchase, his management team, Jeff Tolar and Chuck Whitely made it happen quickly and professionally. I highly recommend John Quinn to help you purchase a car in Naples. However, for reason which we can't understand, Joe Oliver appeared and took over the presentation and convinced us that we didn't want to complete the transaction. In essence, he was a negative influence whose presence sublimated the positives that Erin had established. If I were the management, I would rethink the use of a closer particularly when one isn't needed. Erin did a great job; she didn't need Joe to come int and take over! More

Jeff, in his infinite wisdom even got Volkswagen to put up the funds for a carbon build up problem with my engine because he felt the car had too few miles to have the issue. We are still working through the details of the engine light but I must say they have given me prompt service and have taken care of me so far. Thanks Guys!
