Erin went above and beyond this morning. I was given a CarMax Appraisal Offer for my 2001 Jetta GLS Sedan last Friday the 13th! Erin very graciously offered to pick me up at CarMax after I turned in my car. Despite what I was originally told, CarMax would not honor the offer since the title was in my North Carolina safety deposit box. Erin saved the day! She suggested I drive it to the Volkswagen of Naples dealership and asked an appraiser to look at it. Long story short, they accepted it as a trade in and rewrote my sales contract. He was extremely patient, taking time to answer all of my questions about several different models until we arrived at the perfect one which was a Golf SEL/TDI. Even though we were at the dealership well past closing time, I never felt rushed and Bob was extremely thorough in reviewing every aspect of the services available at the dealership as well as demonstrating all of the nuances of the vehicle. Although I live in Orlando and travel to Naples to visit family, I was so impressed by Bob and the dealership that I will try to schedule my services when I'm in town.
