Having been a happy Toyota owner for 28 I had seen the Passat TDI commercials and wanted to see what they looked like compared to the Camry. We pulled up into the lot and were met by Erin. This was a great experience, no pressure, she wanted us to be informed about all of the great things regarding VW and the Passat. She has done her homework and gave us great information. Obviously, we liked what we saw, had confidence in the product from Erin's knowledge and drove the new car home. I traded in my favorite of all vehicles which actually brought me to tears. Erin's empathy and super personality helped to make the change less traumatic. Ten minutes later, as I pulled into the lot,the first person I saw was Luxon waiting for us ... no small measure of devotion. It was over 90 degrees and midday. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product and for the brand were exceptional. Not pushy but certainly certain in what he was promoting. The entire process -- from arrival to driving away with a new Passat -- took two hours. As odd as it may, it was a delightful experience. VW is fortunate to have Luxon as a sales rep.
