I put in a request online and Bob and Erin immediately responded with the information we needed. When we arrived Bob spoke with us about our needs and wants in a car to make sure that he was selling us a car that would be the right fit. We then test drove one and he make sure we understood all of the difference between our current car and the new one and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed! Both Bob and Erin are no nonsense when it comes down to financing and it was a pleasure working with both of them. Even the finance manager, John Joseph was a pleasure to work and he made finalizing all of the paperwork a breeze.
