Great! I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator I had a great experience at VW of Naples! I was in quite a pickle when I arrived, as my 10-year-old Jetta had broken down in the middle of Alligator Alley and I wasn't even sure when I arrived with it at the dealership if I was going to get it repaired or get a new one. I asked to check out the options for purchasing or leasing a new vehicle while my old one was being looked at by the service center. Ryan Gaumer was the salesperson whom I worked with, and he was great. This was my first experience with buying/leasing a car on my own, because I had my old one since high school. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient while I waited for the results from the mechanics and made the decision to trade in my old car and lease a new one instead of repair it. Once I did decide to go ahead with a new car, Ryan was very helpful in explaining all the options and incentives available. It was a very friendly and low-pressure experience, and he made the whole process very simple. Michael in the finance department was great in getting me through all the paperwork efficiently and explaining what it all meant. I spent about 7 hours in that dealership, between the time it took for my old car to be evaluated by the mechanics, me to consult with my parents and make a decision on what to do, and then go ahead with choosing and leasing the new car. I never would have thought that spending 7 hours in a car dealership would be a good time, but it was! Even the other salespeople, Kyle and Rex, when they were not with their own customers, were kind enough to point out the snacks and coffee so I wouldn't starve, and chat with me so I wasn't bored while waiting for my new car to be ready. Overall it was a great experience, and Ryan followed up with a phone call and a note to make sure I loved the new car! More
