Tammie and I purchased a new VW Passat Tdi Turbo SEL Premium from VW of Naples a few days ago. The car is phenominal, and the fuel consumption defies belief. The window sticker is sheer nonsense - it Premium from VW of Naples a few days ago. The car is phenominal, and the fuel consumption defies belief. The window sticker is sheer nonsense - it lists 40mpg on the highway and the only way to do that would be to tow something heavy uphill. We are getting mid 50's highway mpg with cruise set just over 70 mph. In town, at speeds between 45 and 60, the fuel consumption defies belief. We love the car, but the sale would have fallen thru more than once, but for the hard work and personality of our salesman. We scored this as all 5's because it looks to us like, the way this system operates, anything else would be attributable to Luxon. That would not be appropriate. There were several issues, but I'll explain one that illustrates my point. I have never understood why anyone buys a car with a "donut" tire or a full size spare tire on a stamped steel wheel (that doesn't match) - perhaps because I am old enough to remember when things were done differently. I always spec a vehicle to include a matching spare wheel and tire that can be rotated at oil change intervals. Otherwise, you eventually wind up with a useless donut, or a perfectly good (expensive) tire that you get no service from. Our deal specified that the car be equipped with a full size matching spare. Luxon called me when the wheel/tire arrived (they had to order it) and I delivered the vehicle to him at the service department. When it was returned, he and I discovered that they had simply thrown it in the trunk. He was visibly embarassed - the impeccably dressed young man spent thirty minutes installing it as it was supposed to be. It took some time because he had to modify the styrofoam insert with a pocketknife. "All's well that ends well," and we would certainly rate Luxon's performance as outstanding in all respects. Kyle Harsh, the salesman, is very knowledgable, easy to work with and did an excelent job of describing the features of the car. Kyle teamed with Chuck Whitrley, sales manager, to offer a very attractive deal for my trade. I purchased a CPO Audi A 6. The experience was great except for one thing--The signing of the paper work after I purchased the car was way to long. Erin,Luxon,and Jeff were on their game. I traveled from St. Louis Mo. to buy this car and due to fact the dealer had all my financial information,down payment money, and insurance information well before hand it should not have taken over 1 and 1/2 hours to get the deal done after the test drive. I purchased a CPO BMW last Feb. also out of state in Chicago and the whole process was done in 15 minuets. Don't know where the breakdown was-but a top 100 Magna Society Award Winning Audi dealer selling high end cars should treat their customers better. When I was at the dealership their was a SOLD $190,000 Audi R8 on the showroom floor. I sure hope the buyers don't have to take 1/1/2 hours to close that deal. RJ Krul More

Luxon always had a warm greeting, great follow ups. He spent more than an hour trying to to setup my cars navigation and Bluetooth. Extremely rewarding! Luxon treated me with the upmost care and respect. I am far beyond ecstatic with my new vehicle. I love Volkswagen, and have always had such a warm handoff with their sales support team.
