My first VW at 46. Jay Roden was honest and so helpful. He kept us in the loop with phone calls and when it sold he began to call us with updates on other cars. Jay never pressured us and was considerate of the family budget we had set because we had shared how we were trying to help our son who had just begun college. We have always driven an SUV from Dodge and when he presented us with a VW Passat, our biggest concern was trunk space and leg room for our families needs. He spoke with manager and was able to arrange for us to "try-drive" it for a 12 hour period! What a smart and painless marketing tool. We bought it. Jay Roden and Ted Daly made us feel welcomed into the VW family and they walked us through the financial process with grace, had the car detailed, showed us the steps to take for follow up maintenance and stayed after hours to acquaint us with all the fancy features of our Passat. We are simple people who work hard for our money and these two made us feel great about getting an amazing price on a great car. Thanks for everything!
