Excellent experience I love my new beetle and the experience that went along with buying my new Beetle was fantastic! From the moment I walked into the dealership I had someone meet me and talk to me and instead of just telling me to wait until a sales consultant was ready he sat with me and we chatted until someone was available. My sales consultant, Rex, was very kind and personable. He made me feel comfortable instead of the typical sketchy aggressive car salesmen. He walked me through the process and helped me get exactly what I wanted as quickly as possible. He didn't push a different car on me or try to convince me to get this or that add on he just listened to what I wanted and helped me through this otherwise scary process. I will definitely go back to that Volkswagen in the future and reccomend Rex to my friends. More

I wish it was this easy and comfortable to always buy a car. From the moment we met our sales agent, Jeff Weissert, things went very smoothly. He listened to what I was looking for, pulled up a car, we went for a ride, I said I wanted an upgrade version, so he drove me right over to the lot where they were and then we drove the actual car I was thinking of buying. We did negotiate a bit back and forth but it wasn't endless. They knew I wanted to buy the car and I knew they wanted to sell it. I said I needed to think about it overnight and no pressure to "buy it now" I came back in the morning and did purchase the car. Jeff spent time going over all the features, and there are many to, to introduce me to the car. He said to call if I had any questiions, any and I know he means it. He was never rushed, never pushy, always polite and was open to me driving the car for as long as I wanted to feel comfortable with it. There was a long wait to see the finance fellow, but again, Jeff tried to make sure I was alright waiting and would let me know how much longer it would be. Once I got in there, things went very fast. They just had a very busy day and sold a lot of cars so that's why I had to wait. They had good magazines and big screen tv, so it was ok. I love the car and would buy another one from VW of Naples and especially from Jeff Weissert. Nice to work with someone who understands that pushy doesn't work, he was a very well informed salesman, he focused on selling the car and he was the only salesman of all the dealerships I went to, that opened the hood and explained the motor. I guess the others didn't bother because I am a woman. I high ly recommend the working with Jeff. More

We checked out the car in the evening and had the night to talk about the purchase. We've had previous experience with other sales persons and they would be horrified and upset with this same situation, becoming extremely rude. It is something we don't take lightly when we make a major purchase.
