Love love love VW Naples!!! Not only is my Jetta the most beautiful, amazingly awesome car I've ever owned, but Nick and Blair were the most awesome people I've ever dealt with when purchasing a car. Nick even helped me drop off my rental car, drove me back to the dealership AND helped entertain my 4 year old while we did the paperwork! Besides treating me like an actual person that they cared about, they also weren't pushy or rude and seemed actually happy to work with me, even though my budget didn't give us much to work with. This is the third car I've purchased and without a doubt the BEST experience yet. I will NEVER buy a car anywhere else again! Like I said, my Jetta is AMAZiNG and so are the guys at VW Naples. I will be forever grateful for their humanity and kindness and wish I had the funds to buy another VW :) More

It was a pleasure to walk into VW of Naples. I had known Blair White for a couple of years and was just "looking around" for a newer car. There was never any pressure to buy a car and it was stated if I were to come back the next day and was not completely satisfied with the purchase, the deal would be off. It's nice to go to a car dealer who has that kind of attitude and such an attitude was partially why I decided to buy from Blair. Blair introduced me to Marty who showed me a number of cars and took all the time necessary for my wife and I to have the right feeling in what we would buy. I was very impressed with Marty and his presentation of self. He always smiled, but never was overbearing in any way. I tend to shy away from car dealers who apply pressure or give the appearance of wanting to "close a deal." This never came across from Marty. Marty took a great deal of time to show us the features of the car we purchased which was the "right car" for our needs. There were seveal things I noted about the dealership: (1) Everything was immaculately clean, (2) Every salesperson or staff member greeted my wife and me with a smile and offer to be of assistance if needed, (3) Water or a softdrink was offered, (4) There was simply a demeanor of warmth and welcome apparent throughout the showroom and office complex, (5) The day following our purchase, Blair called me to thank me for choosing their dealership in buying a new car. I have never had a manager make a personal call to express gratitude. I thought this was quite exceptional. More
