The day I bought my GLI Volkswagon, that was not my plan to ever even buy a VW. I just stopped in to see what I could get for my vehicle and the I was going on my way to other dealerships because I had a co to ever even buy a VW. I had never stepped foot in this dealership prior to the day I purchased my new Eos. I could not have been happier with Erin and the staff I dealt with. Erin is as friendly as they come and she did not ma day I purchased my new Eos. I could not have been happier with Erin and the staff I dealt with. Erin is as friendly as they come and she did not make me feel pressured at all. She even recognized the fact that I had worked all day and was exhausted. She worked hard to expedite the transaction with Mr. Whitley. Once I received my new Eos, Erin spent at least an hour (if not more) showing me all of the features of the vehicle. She encouraged me to call her if I had any questions or concerns. This may sound crazy, but she made me feel like she was my new best friend. She was that nice!
