I did a lot of homework on this trade. I had a 2011 VW Jetta and wanted a 2014 VW Passat. I felt that I knew what the difference in price should be. I went to two other dealers and told them what I'd pa Jetta and wanted a 2014 VW Passat. I felt that I knew what the difference in price should be. I went to two other dealers and told them what I'd pay for a trade and was turned down at one and offered too small of a difference from the other. My car had between $200 and $680 worth of small dents-depending on whether the dents were repaired "paintless" or repaired the old fashioned way. Both dealers never mentioned the dents. Naples Volkswagen asked me what I thought I should pay, and when I gave them my reasons they asked, "What about lhe dents?" I told them I had two quotes on the repair, and lo and behold they offered me MY price, with an adjustment up-based on the cost of repairing the dents.....I paid $500 more than I had originally determined what a fair price was. I went back to the dealership today to pay the balance of what I owed and to deliver the title, and my salesman spent the time to download my phone into my OLDER car and teach me how to program it! (it's three years old). Great Guy! Great customer service. More

This is the kind of place and these are the kind of people I'd be more than happy to do business with again and again (and most likely will). Erin Presley did a phenomenal job at displaying professionalism, urgency in helping me try to get my life back on in order from a near fatal accident, structured and organized - no loose ends, and was personable with even my 3 year son with special needs by getting on the floor and playing cars with him at one point, which definitely helped allow me to focus on the big picture (buying a new Passat). Her Sales Manager (Chuck Whitley) displayed similar characteristics by working to get an even better rate than the bank I financed my previous vehicle through and Marcos Ruiz (General Manager) did just as good a job by patiently answering my "simple" questions on how to handle/break-in the diesel engine after the transaction already took place and also by having such an awesome team work under him!
