Walking into Volkswagen Naples, I had only planned to browse a few used vehicles until I came across the exact car I had been looking for. Bob introduced himself and agreed to stay late to help us decide on a car. Before you knew it he had been there over an hour past closing. Since everyone else had left, we couldn't complete the deal. The next day we met Bob and with the help of Marcos Ruiz, the general manger we completed the sale. They gave us a great price and extended every courtesy.
