Service Department I brought my Passat back to Volkswagen of Naples after having the car serviced there last week. The break squeal when I start out. The car has 15,000 miles on it and this problem just started. The service rep was good both when I brought in last week and today. He pulled the car's record and went into a office. The service manage came out and explained that the breaks were found to have no problems and that breaks do squeak when you first start out.He came across as on the arrogant side. I stated why did this problem didn't happen before now OR on other cars I have driven. He stated"It just happens" No wonder the service department waiting room had one only person waiting for their car. Another blemish on Volkswagen. I left disgusted. More

Glad to find the perfect team to help me. I had a Jetta 2011 which I love, but since I get the car I had a issue with the door locked so I was so tired to go back and for from the service with I had a Jetta 2011 which I love, but since I get the car I had a issue with the door locked so I was so tired to go back and for from the service with the same problem and never get fixed correct. I stopped by the dealership and see what options that I had I was looking for my favor salesman Michael Schutt but unfortunately for me he wasn't there and he isn't anymore a salesperson now he is the financial manager which make me so happy because he helped a lot too with all my situation. I would like to take a moment to thank to Saul Hernandez for introducing me to Erin Presley she listens and hears what I need and what I want, she delivers. She is friendly, kind, honest, and what is most important to me is that she listens and she looks the best option for customers, she plays straight without confusion. Assistance I drove into the dealership and Kyle helped me hook up my Bluetooth phone. Excellent Sales and Service We have now owned four Volkswagen cars (of all makes/models). The service department was what first sold us on the Naples Volkswagen dealership. We are now loyal purchasers and actually enjoy the car buying processing (this has never been true with any other dealership in the past). Kyle Harsh is awesome!!! He listens to what we want, he finds what we are looking for, he explains everything, clearly answering all of our questions, and he makes the process easy, comfortable, and yes, even enjoyable. We have never experienced a pushy person in the service or sales departments. Everyone is polite and professional. I would highly recommend both service and sales. It is obvious that this dealership has a high level of leadership that is focused on the customer and it is evident in all that they do. More

Jeff, in his infinite wisdom even got Volkswagen to put up the funds for a carbon build up problem with my engine because he felt the car had too few miles to have the issue. We are still working through the details of the engine light but I must say they have given me prompt service and have taken care of me so far. Thanks Guys!
