I would give 10 stars if i could. We purchased a 2019 VW beetle at another dealer. We needed service done on it, there was a noise in the front. We had an appointment which would take a hour and half. They offered Uber service to and from the mall rather than sitting at the dealership. When we returned, they said they did not hear the noise. We then left and I heard the noise immediately. We went back and a service tech took a ride with me and heard the noise. I would never have expected that. They then took another hour to fix the noise. They couldn’t have accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. Sebastian Mazzotta is excellent. We will definitely be back.
