I was pleased w the purchase of my car and the service I received before picking it up. My car is running fine butt I’ll be damned if I can get that dealership to sent in the paperwork so I can get my tags/ received before picking it up. Bought used Volkswagen passat, after 3 weeks the transmission went out. Yes its under warranty, but I'm without a vehicle that I use to earn income. This guy was blowing my phone up until I came and purchased the vehicle from him and the moment I took delivery of the car he wouldn’t respond to ANY of my texts, calls, or emails. He didn’t even activate my Sirius XM for me. I would never buy from this dealership again just based on that experience. More

My daughter bought a new 2022 VW Tiguan from this dealership. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This suv has had 5 major issues since it was purchased. 3 ac issues ac compressor, expan dealership. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This suv has had 5 major issues since it was purchased. 3 ac issues ac compressor, expansion valve and now evaporator core. Starter has also been replaced. No loaner cars. Absolutely ridiculous, less than 10000 miles on vehicle. No ac and can't even get her in service until August. This is Florida. No ac with a toddler. Will never buy a Volkswagen and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.. Was told to try another dealership went to another dealership. Called Steven at this dealership to let him know the problem now can't help because we went another dealership. No loaner. Nothing. Disgusted to say the least! More

Where do I start? After months of looking I found the perfect car....At least I thought. I Found 2021 Volkswagen Atlas that was everything. Financing was a breeze because I went through my credit union. After sending out information we were all set. Tavion called everyday making sure we completed the photo identification, DL, and even put $500 dollar deposit down. Approval letter was sent, and the wait begin. Only to get a text message stating "hey KaShonna, So unfortunately we are unable to sell you that Vehicle the Volkswagen atlas. The Listing on our website for that vehicle was wrong." You would think that they would try to come up with a solution. Nope wasn't even an option. Everything was complete. I had my monthly payments and was just waiting on my car. They did not even try to rectify the problem, their mistake. Everyone totally dismissed me. I was evening willing to still purchase the car even though it was their mistake. But not one person tried to help me. On their website it was listed for 39,000. I have never dealt with this amount of unprofessional people ever! Tavion was literally blowing up my phone every 30 minutes to buy the car. After they realized they had the wrong price on their website, the calls stopped. I think they should honor their mistake or at least worked out a deal, but no, they did not care. Thank you for nothing. I hope this is not how you treat your customers. What started off as a great experience with buying a used car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title f car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title for the vehicle. My original temporary tag provided expired so I had to call and get another one from them with the promise this would be resolved. Well still no resolution, the Finance department won't return my calls and my second temporary tag will be expiring soon. The DMV office recommended to report this to first the Department of Motor Services and next to the Attorney General which is in process now. Unfortunate because sales staff was great. I would be weary and ask for proof of title or other means if you decide to look to shop at Volkswagen of New Port Richey. More
