Horrible! Service never pick up? Left hanging then line goes dead. Online bookings no better and not registered on arrival. Worse dealership ever!!! Revamp of Service never pick up? I’m 5 cars in with VW and will definitely be trading into another brand at lease end.. avoid this dealership like the plague.. More

General Manager and Salesman Josh were amazing. Having issues with my 2021. Thought my concerns were going to fall on deaf ears! Boy is as I WRONG! I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Got me issues with my 2021. Thought my concerns were going to fall on deaf ears! Boy is as I WRONG! I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Got me into a 2022 in less than 24?hours! absolutely terrible customer care worst customer service ever just wants to belittle the customer, lie to and about the customer and never returns calls! not a man of his word and is p worst customer service ever just wants to belittle the customer, lie to and about the customer and never returns calls! not a man of his word and is probably the worst customer service related person i have ever met in my life and i work in insurance sales and service! My family owns an insurance agency i can tell you if our reps spoke to a customer the way this man has he would have been fired a long time ago! I will be filing a BBB complaint as well! More
