When I showed up, Jacque had fallen ill, but Arnaldo took care of me. We test drove the Beetle I was interested in and then we sat down to discuss it. I decided to buy it right then. I would have liked to have gotten more on the trade in, but I would have stopped the deal if I felt strongly about it. Arnaldo and the Hallmark team were very professional and courteous the entire time. I felt very good about the price on the Beetle and eventually felt I got as fair a price as possible on the trade in. I would definitely deal with them again and will use them for repairs. More

First, the prices for Volkswagen models are a lot more reasonable then for comparable models of other manufacturers. We are perfectly happy with our Tiguan, as we were with the Passat station wagon we bought at the same dealership in 2010. Second, the sales person, Patrick Johnson, did not use any tricks or pressure tactics common among car salespeople. Thus, purchasing a car was a positive non-stressful experience. The only thing they should consider improving is making the financial and other paperwork faster on a Saturday. More

Exceptional Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond! To say that Hallmark Volkswagen turned things around for me is to say the least. Moving across the country is never easy, especially when my car that was being shipped to Tennessee was totaled by the truck driver shipping my vehicle. (true story!) I was in a complete and total panic having moved to Nashville all alone and renting a car through my insurance was a complete hassle. I have been a Volkswagen customer for years so my dad helped me research dealers in Nashville. We came across Hallmark Volkswagen and Arnaldo heard our story and was so determined to help find me a car so that I could start my first week of work having a vehicle and putting an end to this insurance related nightmare! He went above and beyond making sure that I got approved for a lease on a brand new 2017 Jetta. He sent me the information to apply online and to do all of the necessary paperwork at home since he knew that I didn't have transportation to go to the dealership without knowing if I would even get approved or not which was very kind of him. When I finally did get approved, he made sure I had transportation to get to the dealership if not they offered to give me a ride to pick up my new car which was all so nice of them. When I walked into the dealership Arnaldo and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They were genuinely excited for me to have my car finally and to finally enjoy Nashville. I'll be back for maintenance and future purchases. Hands down, best customer service I have experienced and they really did help me in a time where I really needed it! Thank you! More
