We bought a Jetta from this dealership. From the beginning the experience was terrible, from the pushy and poor comments from the “financial advisor” trying to get us to finance a car that From the beginning the experience was terrible, from the pushy and poor comments from the “financial advisor” trying to get us to finance a car that we were going to pay cash for because it was more convenient for him(his own words), to the fact that this was a month ago and they still have our car in service because they refused to fix a safety problem with the air-bags sensor. We have call numerous times, they always say they will call us back, and nothing. Messages have been sent to service managers, internal advisers, sales people and nothing. We are at a point that we dont know what to do. They work for them and do not care about you. Check other reviews and dont take my word for it. They are terrible!! More

The gas cover has fallen off the vehicle, 2022 R Line Atlas. I have the cover since it fell apart when opening the gas cover door. It appears the plastic clip is broken. It took a significant amount of time to even receive my car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive I’ve ever paid especially after not checking to see if I had a faulty bulb when they did the change on my ballast for my light. To say I had sticker shock was an understatement. I’m honestly unhappy about most of how the whole ordeal was handled. More
