Henry did a wonderful job and even came in on his day off to take care of us. I made an appointment for my vehicle to get an oil change on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me t on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me that your mechanic tech NEVER refilled my vehicle. We as customers trust that when we leave the dealership for Service on our vehicles that your mechanic techs are doing the work that needs to do done. I’m upset that this happened to me , but hopefully it will not happen to other customers. More
