Professional staff that goes above and beyond for their customers. They take the time to share a video of the car's inspection with their customers and go over what is needed and recommended. I was told that my car would only take an additional hour and it took 4 more hours to complete. I did receive $100 off of my service which made me happy. However, it does not really cover the extra 4 hours I and it took 4 more hours to complete. I did receive $100 off of my service which made me happy.
