The service department is very good, but the sales department is lacking. Sales Manager sent a follow up email, after an initial engagement with a sales person. The Sales Manager did not research the deal being offered to replace an expiring lease. My previous engagement with the sale person resulted in just waiting to see if additional incentives would be offered next month. The Sales Manager's follow up was to try and complete the deal this month. Gave the sales manager the condition and payment and she advised we were "RIGHT THERE" and had the deal sent to me. Apparently an increase by 38% is right there. This shows the importance of knowing the facts before you engage with a customer. As sales professionals, knowing the customer and preparing is important, when trying to close a deal and establishing trust. Very Disappointed in a sales manager not doing the research prior to engagement and will not be doing business with them. Vehicle Service Good, Sales not. More
