My daughter broke down on her way back to college just 40 miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only kne miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only knew I needed her car fixed asap bc we live in the panhandle and I just googled and said tow it here. The next morning around 7:30 am I get a call saying they have the car and could have the part the next day. They were so nice and helpful and actually helped with lowering my cost bc this was a unexpected cost for a single mom. This will definitely be our go to place for my child while she is at USF for sure. Thank you for the great service. More

You can certainly feel the lack of service here consistently for years. The actual mechanic service is totally fine. But the service advisor/vibe/energy is awful. Justin, Grant, Ron, & everybody else at this dealership were nothing short of professional, honest, & genuine. I have never experienced such a pleasant experience while purchasing a vehicle. Listened to our preferences and accommodated us throughout. Grant assured us that his priority was making sure that my wife & I were happy in our vehicles. Usually when the GM gets involved, it’s followed by negative news. With him, it was only positive every time. He told us to make sure we love the vehicle and he would figure out the rest. He came through on his promise and more. Ron was personable and professional all at once. He made the singing process enjoyable with a side of great conversation. Truly a great team.
