very pleasant people, the car was out of gas and unprepared for my "scheduled" visit. the absolute deal breaker was , after i had asked for the amount of dealer fees would be the actual offer contai unprepared for my "scheduled" visit. the absolute deal breaker was , after i had asked for the amount of dealer fees would be the actual offer contained an extra $3500 in xx fees! I do NOT trucst dealers that hide fees! The lot itself was very crowded and a nightmare to traverse with all the speed bumps and main street access only. More

Nicholas Alvarez was great! The detail department messed up the paint of the hood (used a dirty cloth with sharp item in it. Facility is great. VW does give you good after sales. 2 oil changes are included. That is good. More

Dustin is always very helpful, greets me by name, friendly and honest. I also really appreciate Tristan as the mechanic - he takes the time to explain everything to me and has suggestions as to prope friendly and honest. I also really appreciate Tristan as the mechanic - he takes the time to explain everything to me and has suggestions as to properly diagnose any issues with my car. There is a very positive and upbeat energy in the service department that I did not feel for a while ... whatever changes you have been making, they have been very positive changes. There was a Service Advisor - he was a taller guy, kind of bald, and had glasses - nothing against him personally, but I did not like having my car checked in with him. He just did not have an upbeat personality. I have not seen him the past couple of visits. I prefer to go to Dustin. More
