My husband has called and tried to speak with someone from the dealership about promises made (and written in the contract) along with just a couple of basic questions and getting a response or a call back is near impossible. Someone is always on vacation or out of the office. If you're looking to buy a car and never speak with the dealership again then awesome, but when we have a simple question about our lease a call back would be more than appreciated. More

I have left several voicemails messages and sent many text messages trying to get a hold of Dan in finance, but he hasn’t contacted me. Even a status update would be nice. I’m less upset that it isn’t paid off than I am about Dan not communicating with me about the process. I have my first payment of my Jetta coming up and I still have to make the payment on my old vehicle. More
