Our Porsche sales professional Eric B. introduced me to Rodney Brown at VW, just last week. This gentleman Rodney Brown, now someone I call my friend, was an absolute pleasure to work with! Rodney is professional, efficient & delivers amazing customer service. I can’t say enough great things in this short review. Rodney, then introduced me to Ron in VW finance, he also, was awesome to work with. Ron made the final purchase financial details easy, and we had a great time working together. The customer service at VW on North Tampa has gotten considerably worse since they took over from Reeves. I used to love this place before now I dread taking my car there You can never reach a service a considerably worse since they took over from Reeves. I used to love this place before now I dread taking my car there You can never reach a service advisor directly, no one ever calls back and they literally will give you back a dirty car even though you did not give it to them dirty. My husband on TWO separate occasions had to go back because they left all the dirt and trimmings from replacing a part all over the car and did not even bother to vacuum. They also ruined the trimming on the interior of my new car because someone decided it was OK to step on it with their work boots. I mean. the level of unprofessionalism is unreal at this place. I used to come here from out of town to maintain my car but after this last experience, I do not see myself going back after they fix the part they ruined. The only positive is that they actually fixed what was wrong with the car. More
