We had to wait for associates to find the extra key fob (never found), floor mats, and a spare tire (never found), which could have been done while we were completing the finance process. We waited an extra 45 - 60 minutes after a 4 hours sales process. Also, the APR we were quoted went up when we were finalizing paperwork. My bank was offering a much lower APR, which we were told would be matched. At the time I ran the amortization on the payment amount, but we were assured it was the same. No Truth in Lending form was provided. I'm already working to refinance through my bank. The sales associates were all very good and friendly, just disappointed about a few items. The provision of a spare key and tire would go a long way in improving my experience with the dealership. We are working on that. Thank you! We LOVE the Atlas. More

if I could give zero stars I would. When I tried to get into a lease which was one of the options the GM advised of, they then acted as if there were no vehicles available. My sales persons Michael and Fadi as well as the GM himself have not answered phone calls, text, messages left with people. They have my vehicle since Saturday February 16th. They told me they would Transport it, Yet had Fadi drive it back at high speeds over 75 miles. just to tell me that it wasn't fixed and he had to drive it back to Tampa which on both trips he was speeding in my vehicle that has bad shaking issues that were never disclosed to me. since the vehicle was was brought back I have heard nothing from VW in regards to my vehicle or getting into a lease or my contracts being canceled. This place is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I have barely been able to eat concentrate and do normal day to day things since realizing that my 19k vehicle which should have been a little over 23k after the outrageous added taxes and fees and vw advantage and my 2k deposit is now reflecting as a 32k finance loan in the bank that financed me STAY AWAY RUN. More
