The salesperson assured me the price was set that way for the EV tax credit. Once I arrived, the deal completely changed — paperwork showed $33K with thousands in hidden fees. When I pointed out the law requiring dealer fees be included in the advertised price, they dismissed it and said “every dealer does this.” This was a classic bait-and-switch. Wasted my time, zero accountability, and no integrity. Avoid this dealership. More

Very nice and informative people, only bad thing I can say is that I was lied to regarding my approval for the loan. I was told I had gotten approved with $0 down, when in reality I was not. It may had been a simple mistake the salesman forgot to mention, but it also could have been on purpose for me to sign the paperwork that day and get the deal closed. Now on the bright side the vehicle I purchased had a cut in one of the tires and the sales team covered the cost to fix it since I was only aware of it when I physically came in to look at the vehicle. Other than the whole loan approval and down payment situation, this dealership is solid. I was a first-time buyer and am happy with the deal I got for me vehicle at the end of the day. More
