Throughout the years I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships, and I can easily say that I had my very best experience at VW of North Tampa. They need to understand the customer better - look up the history of our service, know when we purchase vehicle and what coverages we purchased from the dealer. Now you can speak to my or any other customer history of our service, know when we purchase vehicle and what coverages we purchased from the dealer. Now you can speak to my or any other customer with knowledge. Add more detail on the invoice to specifically outline the problem, where found and the resolution. Listen to the customer and open a service ticket when we call in and offer more loaners or hire a rental when an emergency repair occurs. More

They had my car for the ac not working gave it back after almost a week stating they couldn’t find the issue but put dye in the line to see if they could locate a leak. One day after it was returned problem almost a week stating they couldn’t find the issue but put dye in the line to see if they could locate a leak. One day after it was returned problem started all over. Took it back they kept it for 2 weeks, after finally ordering a part and fixing it, communication was not good as to when it was done. Went to pick it up had a huge bolt in the tire that they had to also repair. More
