I was told that I was purchasing a brand new vehicle with 0 miles. Upon arrival of the vehicle it had 131 miles. I did not make this an issue. Upon me purchasing this brand new 2024 Atlas SE W/Tech Peak Edit 0 miles. Upon arrival of the vehicle it had 131 miles. I did not make this an issue. Upon me purchasing this brand new 2024 Atlas SE W/Tech Peak Edition I experienced issues right out of the door. The issue had to do with the back windows going down more as I would go to let the windows up. Issues also with the rear view camera and display system static-king when I would start my vehicle up. My media system goes out and back on when it feels like it it’s times when I have to drive in silence due to this issue where I cannot turn my radio volume up at all on the media system or on the steering wheel. And the ultimate issue is how the vents blow out hot air while driving the vehicle and fogs the front window making it very hard for me to see while driving and this happens during both winter and summer. Also the most recent problem the car has been jumping and skipping when it feels like it and will stop for days and weeks and start all over again which has made it hard for the dealership to diagnose. The dealership has downplayed these problems telling me they had issue with the problems in the past I believe from other customers complaining about the same issue and that they are aware of the problems but have no solution. I don’t understand why the entire make of the vehicle is not on recall. Why are these vehicles still being able to be purchased. More
When we purchased the sales guy was good, the manager was difficult and Kevin in finance was excellent. After owning the vehicle we called for a service appointment , made an appointment and was told on the difficult and Kevin in finance was excellent. After owning the vehicle we called for a service appointment , made an appointment and was told on the phone it would take about 20 minutes. I decided I would just wait but when I arrived at my appointment time they said the job was 20 minutes but it would be 3 hours before they would start. A realistic time frame seems like a reasonable expectation. This appears to be standard operating for this dealership. While waiting for a ride I overheard someone else being checked in, she was told the job took about an hour. I told her she should ask when the car would be ready. She went back to the desk and they told her about 6 hours. She thanked me because she had initially planned to wait thinking it would be an hour. More

Tyler did a great job breaking down/ explaining what needed to be done for my car. I had no service history since I bought it used. Over 3 visits we were able to level set the maintenance plan to begin needed to be done for my car. I had no service history since I bought it used. Over 3 visits we were able to level set the maintenance plan to begin fresh, as I want to get this car to over 200k miles and beyond. Thank you Tyler and all the service techs that worked on my car. And thanks to all the porters who shuttle me to and from work while my car is being serviced. More
