My experience was great and I haven’t been able to express that in YEARS about Volkswagen in Oak Lawn. The recall that was done on my Atlas was ready way ahead of the scheduled time and I was updated express that in YEARS about Volkswagen in Oak Lawn. I was advised that my cap for my windshield washing fluid was missing which was a total surprise on my end - but was advised I would receive a call once it comes in. Once that is received I can say my trust is on the way to being restored with VW in Oak Lawn again. I was advised of maintenance that is needed for my Atlas soon. Now, if customer coupons can be disseminated for repairs needed, that’d be icing on the cake! More
