I don’t think it’s fair to sell the fact that the customer will always be accommodated and then repair my car for a week, without communication if they were able to fix it or not each day and also no customer will always be accommodated and then repair my car for a week, without communication if they were able to fix it or not each day and also not offer a loaner due to being short on supply and other people who they knew for a fact had a car repair in the future would come first. I first went online to schedule an appointment for the next available opening which happened to be the Friday of that same week. This was on a Monday.
