After reviewing our records, it appears the last time we serviced your 2014 Touareg was in October 2021, when repairs were completed under the TDI warranty program. Since that visit, we haven’t had the opportunity to inspect your vehicle again. We’d be happy to review your situation in more detail if you’d like to reach out to us directly so we can better understand what occurred and assist if possible.

Not even close. The vehicle was returned with the oil leak being disclosed for a second time, leaking from the exact same area. That’s when your service department replaced the second rear main seal and didn’t check for the second time about the TSB. After two times of not being repaired properly or even being diagnosed properly, which amazingly happened again after having to practically disassemble the subframe to access the seal that was replaced twice and nobody ever checked to see if it was the upper oil pan seal leaking. Which was diagnosed by another VW dealer. Add to the pain that your dealership never stepped up to discuss the issue with VW of A or would work to rectify the problems. After contacting another dealership service department they stepped in, contacted VW of A and fixed all of our issues. This the review.
