Shawn was incredibly helpful and dealer friendly, to say the least! He answered all my questions and followed up with me throughout the process. I couldn't have been more pleased with my VW of Ocala experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and th experience! I was immediately greeted by one of the managers, introduced to my salesman, Shawn, and we were underway. I talked, he listened, and then he patiently white-knuckled through a test drive in the vehicle I'd come to see. We talked some more and by noon the next day, I was driving home in that vehicle! I think the "listening" part was the best part..... understanding my personal situation and working with me to get the reliable vehicle I needed, in the package I wanted.... well, it was a wonderful way to buy a car!! I don't hesitate to tell my friends ad co-workers where I would go again when I need a vehicle!! More
