Had our vehicle in on numerous occasions to find an ongoing oil leak. They replaced the rear main seal on two separate occasions. Never fixed the leak. They completely failed to check for TSB’s regardi ongoing oil leak. They replaced the rear main seal on two separate occasions. Never fixed the leak. They completely failed to check for TSB’s regarding this common issue. Needless to say by the time we were done with dealing with this dealership the warranty was over. VW of A wouldn’t do anything to help. Took the vehicle to another dealership and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately, gaining our business to repair the blunders from Ocala. This was a very costly repair process all because of Ocala VW neglecting to do their due diligence. Stay away from here for anything even remotely complicated. More
