Shawn was cool. Problem i had was they made it insanely difficult to get them to remove the Add-On Package. I scheduled my ‘24 Golf R for an unscheduled oil change {per my request}, and scheduling on line was quick and without issues. Upon arrival I was met by very friendly staff who directed me to the service d {per my request}, and scheduling on line was quick and without issues. Upon arrival I was met by very friendly staff who directed me to the service desk. Fez was my service writer and even though they were extremely busy, he handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently. The work was done by Steve {technician}, and all requested services were provided. The car was detailed when I picked it up. Top notch service from start to finish. More
