My agent was Carlos Hernandaz, had everything set up for me and showed me around. Very polite and a true professional to deal with. Never felt uncomfortable. The finance section was easy to deal with I had Joe Filner who explained in detail with was involved with the finance Everything flowed smoothly, they all worked together wonderfully, to make this experience for me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dealership. I gave it a five Star and worth it too. More
