Hopping out of a tow truck with one tail light on my 2002 Beetle I felt unsure also nervous (so many brand new cars way above my budget). I was greeted as some one opened a door for me and knew my name 'Good Beetle I felt unsure also nervous (so many brand new cars way above my budget). I was greeted as some one opened a door for me and knew my name 'Good morning MISS pinder' your hear for your key program appointment at 10:30a ? Shaken I said yes. I was so so early with no problem I was told option I was given choices and than so shocked he stated we have Uber that can take you any place 😀 just let us know and at no cost to you. He escorted me to this massive comfortable looking waiting room it had a nice old model and smooth red new model VW sets in it tv, cafe bar, water bar also a full vending machine with affordable snack I got a peanut butter set for. 1.00$ I also had a cappuccino and than bubbly water and regular water. The Kleenex felt like a bunch of clouds. It was great.. I even got a gifted VW hat and VW flower for my beetle (Sputter). More
