I had a wonderful experience. Daniel greeted me with a smile, Ubered me home and back at no charge. I was so pleased with the experience. And then it came time to pay. I had been Daniel greeted me with a smile, Ubered me home and back at no charge. I was so pleased with the experience. And then it came time to pay. I had been quoted a number plus tax. Very disappointing to learn at the last moment that there were “ miscellaneous fees” that has not been quoted to me. Daniel was not able to explain what these fees were. When I protested, he was able to remove them. Very happy experience turns sour when all charges were not explained at the beginning. To this day, I still don’t know what the miscellaneous charges were for and I believe it is very bad practice to charge for undefinable things. Would have loved to have given a five star rating, but the sneaky fees turned a very positive experience into a frustrating one. More
