Waited almost 5 hours to be told couldn't do. Sent me to kia to have done once at kia said not under warranty would coat $300 to look at. We're from Canada and it was the second time that we've been to VW of Ocala while down in Florida. Danny served us again this time, and his service was first-rate - he booked the appointment and greeted been to VW of Ocala while down in Florida. Danny served us again this time, and his service was first-rate - he booked the appointment and greeted us, took his time going over the servicing and repairs, and was equally detailed explaining the invoice. The interim video showing the diagnostic is always a special bonus - it's transparent and saves time in the process. Great service experience that I would love to see imported to our local VW dealership here in Ottawa! More
