I recently purchased a vehicle from Vw Hanania orange park.. The price negotiation process took some time, but we were eventually able to reach a fair agreement. The car had to be detailed four times because the first few attempts were not done thoroughly, and we spent several hours waiting for it to be completed properly. While I understand that delays can happen, I was disappointed that our sales representative stopped communicating with us once the process was done. A bit more follow-up and professionalism would have gone a long way in making the experience more positive. I hope the dealership continues to improve in customer service and quality checks — it would make a big difference for future buyers. I would never return here. More
