Everyone involved, especially Hillary Olson was extremely ef I can't thank Hillary enough for making sure everything was done on my car. Hillary contacted the extended warranty co at least 3-4X for permission for repairs & replacement, made arrangement for rental car - a loaner car was not available & made sure everything went well. Takes too long to see the Finance Man. but overall went OK. Took way too long to see the Finance Manager, I suggest 2 of them on Saturdays, but everything else went well. I had contacted numerous VW dealerships in IL, MN, and WI, and VW Orland Park was the ONLY one with exceptional follow-up and working the hardest to get us the best deal that would make it work for us. When all other dealerships were closed, Matt and Dorry were still working with us. It was because of this great follow-up, that we woke up the next morning and made the 3 1/2 hour drive to Orland Park. Once there, it was still a great experience!
