I found the car I wanted online, then made an appointment to test drive it. After the test drive, I felt no pressure at all to buy. I test drove a few different makes over the following few days and was hounded by the other dealers asking for my business. I didn't get that from VW or Orland Park. I appreciated that. When it came down to decision time, I was in and out of the dealership in under two hours (that must be some kind of record). I didn't have to negotiate on price as they matched what the website said the car should cost. I didn't have to negotiate my trade-in as their offer matched the black book value. All-in-all, this was a painless experience. It's not often one can say that about buying a car. More
