Worst service I’ve ever received from a dealership. Paid $150 for a diagnosis that said I needed a new transmission. Warranty company came and said I don’t need a new trans at all. I need new wiring. Volksw $150 for a diagnosis that said I needed a new transmission. Warranty company came and said I don’t need a new trans at all. I need new wiring. Volkswagen of Orland Park never game me an accurate diagnosis so I am out $150 and still don’t know exactly what’s wrong and how to go about fixing it. VW of Orland Park does not try and help their customers. Their main goal is to up sale at ALL TIMES. More
