I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were not honest about final price. I agreed to a price at signing and when I got my first statement it was 30.00 higher then agreed upon. When I They were not honest about final price. I agreed to a price at signing and when I got my first statement it was 30.00 higher then agreed upon. When I went back and confronted them about the hidden cost they only offered half the $$ for the difference in agreed upon price. Also general manager of the dealership told me directly he couldn’t care less about these reviews. Very disappointed in this whole buying experience with Volkswagen and it was the first time I decided to move from a ford vehicle to a Volkswagen. Not so sure I’ll do that ever again based on this experience. More
