Know your numbers and ask for Itemized breakdown up front. They changed my numbers multiple times. Even the final closer who's job is numbers tried to pull one on us. Ryan changed the final price by telling us not to put a down payment and our monthly would only increase by x amount. I did the math and the price somehow increased $700 on the final price, can't happen on a 0% interest loan. I was told every car on the lot had S.W.A.T. ($695 product) and it was not an option to remove because dealership had many thefts they were all installed with S.W.A.T.. I told them I didn't want it because it increased my payments but they insisted it is added on with no subscription fee and cannot be removed. At the end of the sale about to drive home no S.W.A.T. no safety feature they spoke highly about. Instead of happy with the sale I feel tricked/scammed. I have had better car buying experience. Dealers need to stay in business. Employees need work. I am okay with them getting their share. Price was right but to know they find buyers they get away with their strategy is disappointing. For the next buyer know your numbers follow them through each person they hand you off to, check and check again that they are right.
