New car, first time service This was our first time getting a oil change because we have a new car. First off, i am shocked at the price of oil changes, but understand i do not This was our first time getting a oil change because we have a new car. First off, i am shocked at the price of oil changes, but understand i do not need one until I hit 10,000 miles. Brad took the time to explain all of this to me which helped me understand the maintenance needed for our Atlas. Definitely a five star for Brad. On another note...i am disappointed that your waiting did not give off a warm feeling. Glad there was water, coffee, etc, but was hoping there would be Bavarian pretzels or German chocolates to snack on. More

Very good customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Natalia was very helpful and Matt was very honest and straightforward about giving me the best offer. Would recommend and was much more affordable than hawk ve of joliet. Hawks best price was twice as expensive as the deal i got. More
