I wanted to give a great big thank you to your amazingly friendly dealership. The Clean store and friendly staff, made for a very pleasant environment to be and buy a car after 4 plus hour drive. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car. Rich was very helpful with the whole process. He made me feel comfortable and excited with my purchase! Visited dealer to see new Beetle Convertible to replace my 2004 Convertible. Rich was helpful, energetic and knowledgeable. Long test drive, impressed with features, gave us great trade in value on my Be my 2004 Convertible. Rich was helpful, energetic and knowledgeable. Long test drive, impressed with features, gave us great trade in value on my Beetle and fair price on new one. Only problem was color choice, but they were able to find EXACTLY what I wanted, sent someone to Naperville to retrieve it immediately and wrapped the deal all within 24 hours. Financing was speedy and easy. I obviously appreciate the VW quality and this dealership, as I returned after 9 years for my new one. More
