I had a a very positive buying experience with VW of Orland Park and salesperson Kamila Labuda. When I first came to the dealership, I really didn't know what I wanted. Days after my visitShesent welcomed me back to the dealership by a handwritten notecard, not an email. I asked for a quote from another VW dealer and the salesperson misrepresented the purchase price of the vehicle just to get me in the dealership, but I walked out when he told me he could not deliver on the verbal quote. Another dealer ran my credit and said that the best financing he could get for me through the bank was 4%, walked out on them too. I ultimately returned to VW of Orland Park, got the financing and the car that I wanted and would highly recommend Kamila Labuda of VW of Orland Park for her knowledge, courtesy and patience to any future VW customers.
