Throughout our financial negotiations for the new car and the two cars which we were trading in, he “worked the numbers” and checked repeatedly with the finance and sales managers, to meet our expectations on the “deal.” Because of all of the features we wanted on the Tiquan, there was not one available in this area. Our Tiquan was shipped from Germany, and therefore, was not available for almost three weeks. During that time, Drew continually updated us on the delivery status, and the car was available when promised. Drew thoroughly explained and demonstrated many features of our Tiquan, and told us to call or come in to the dealership if we needed more assistance. I would recommend Drew to any one considering the purchase of a Volkswagen! More

Overall I think this dealership deserves a high rating for friendliness and informative sales protocol. Also, there was NO pressure to buy now; I didn't feel that I was being sucked into the old "the dea for friendliness and informative sales protocol. Even though it took almost a week for transferred money to get to me, the dealership held the car for me with a retainer. Working with a salesperson who treats customers with respect and pays attention to what "I need", not what he wants to sell, makes for a comfortable buying experience. After doing lots of on-line homework about the Volkswagen Jetta and Passat, I identified three prospective Volkswagen dealerships in the Chicago land area. Following a less than memorable experience with the first two dealerships, I found my way to Volkswagen of Orland Park on Friday, November 5th. Admittedly, I had hoped to find a place closer to home given that Volkswagen of Orland Park was just over 29-miles from my home, but as I soon discovered some things are very much worth the time. From the moment I drove up to the dealership, I was impressed with the quality and array of Volkswagen models, how the automobiles were displayed and the overall cleanliness of the dealership. However, it didn’t stop there and in fact continued to get even better when Joe Embro (Sales and Leasing Consultant) introduced himself. I listened carefully as Joe provided expert insight and invaluable information regarding three particular automobiles that had caught my attention. I listened as Joe shared his, as well as Volkswagen’s philosophy of “taking as much pride in providing customer service as they put into building and crafting cars.” Joe made it clear that he was there to assist and answer my questions without pressuring me in anyway. Based on my previous two experiences at other area Volkswagen dealerships, I fully expected to see a clear disconnect between his words and actions. To my surprise, Joe not only lived up to his commitment, he walked the talk and exceeded each of my expectations. I will share that I went to Volkswagen of Orland Park that day with the intention of gathering information and to make a purchase only if it was right. As it tuned out – it was right in everyway! Joe was simply not trying to make a sell, he was helping to educate, inform and guide. I can attest that I never respond well to pressure, coercion or to being strong armed into making a decision. This was my first-ever experience in which an automobile dealership and sales consultant has succeeded in living up to their promise.
