In my 28 years or purchasing cars in dealing with dealers this by far is the worst unprofessional unreliable and resourceful dealership I’ve ever dealt with my car was serviced for head gasket repair. It too this by far is the worst unprofessional unreliable and resourceful dealership I’ve ever dealt with my car was serviced for head gasket repair. It took five days longer than promised. No loan was available. My car was returned with driver seat, plastic crack Someone else had programmed their cell phone to my radio. I will never return to this dealership again I almost do not wanna buy another Volkswagen ever again. More

The car. Dropped off at 7:15am , 15 mins prior to scheduled 7:30am appointment. Geraldo confirmed pick at 3pm would work. Called at 2:45pm to confirm 3pm stil Dropped off at 7:15am , 15 mins prior to scheduled 7:30am appointment. Geraldo confirmed pick at 3pm would work. Called at 2:45pm to confirm 3pm still worked and it was just being looked at. My daughter arrived at 330pm to find oil on her drivers seat, a techs phone connected to her radio and mirrors/seat moved. The appointment was to check the speakers and stereo frequency not to do anything else. Frustrated with lack of follow up on appointment status and condition of car upon pick up. Also felt stereo found was not taken serious. More

Came in for my rear view mirror be fixed. I have warranty and was told that I need a whole new mirror which it’s hard to believe. Cost to me about $600.
