I went to this dealership looking for a used G35, there was one that listed for $18,898. The employee I worked with was a nice guy, but the dealership is an extreme rip off, first they had told me that I was one that listed for $18,898. The employee I worked with was a nice guy, but the dealership is an extreme rip off, first they had told me that I was declined by all of the banks that they use for a loan (including Bank of America), and they're loan was the best rate I would get at 6.77%. Not only that but they would not come down on the price even a single dollar!!! I was there for 4 hours trying to work out a deal with them because I really wanted this car. He kept coming back with only reducing the interest rate by .10% each time. They had also told me that my credit score was 698... I left because I knew this was a rip off. I had attempted to contact Bank of America on my own and had gotten approved almost instantly for $20,000 with a 5.00% interest rate. I had gone to another dealership a mile away found the exact same car in better condition than theirs, they gave me a 4.25% interest loan, and told me my credit score was 758!!! After I clearly told Autobarn I was not interested anymore they had sent me numerous emails and called me many times stating the price was "a steal". I will never deal with any Autobarn because of this experience and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else... you have been warned! More

This is the second time I have had my 2008 Touareg in for service at Autobarn. This time was a simple burned out lamp. The first time however, was something my original dealer could not solve. I have a boat trailer with LED lighting, and the brake lights stopped working. I confirmed the problem was not with the trailer by connecting my trailer to my buddies Jeep. The service consultant at the dealer I bought the Touareg from, coppied a page from the Owners Manual stating that LED trailer lights would not function on the Touareg and I should bring the trailer in and they would try to fix it. This was rediculous, as all the trailer lights were working, and then the brake lights just stopped working. Autobarn fixed the problem. More

I bought my GTI new here (2007); it has only 27K miles on it so far. Their prices for oil changes are a bit high (I understand that they include 3 years maintenance on new cars now). I also purchased the Autoguard service, with which they polish the car twice a year. Sometimes it's done great, other times it's been spotty. This time it was not only a great polish, but they cleaned and vacuumed the inside, and the car looks great. I also test drove a new Jetta while waiting. It felt very smooth and much more of a road car than the GTI. Not at all sure I'm buying soon, because my GTI is such a great car, but I have a 16-year-old, who'll be getting his license when he brings his grades up (to save on insurance), so I wanted to see what else they have. Greg has a great attitude and really wants to see what kind of car will fit your needs. I will likely buy another VW from this dealer in the future. More
