NEGLIGENT If I could give them negative stars I would. They apparently don't know how to transfer a Wisconsin plate from the old car we traded to the new car w If I could give them negative stars I would. They apparently don't know how to transfer a Wisconsin plate from the old car we traded to the new car we purchased from them. They were fine with my pregnant wife driving the new car illegally (because she didn't have any other way to get to work) for a month because the temporary plate expired and they did not have the new car registered yet. In the end they had the gall to somehow try to turn this around and blame the whole situation on me. All I did was go down there an buy a new car from them. I asked them for some kind of retribution and they wouldn't lift a finger. Not even a free oil change. When I took the VW survey and answered the questions in a critical manner, the manager called me and actually yelled at me. He also said he would fire the salesman right on the spot and he put that all on me. It was unbelievable. PLUS they will do TWO hard hits to your credit! There's a a lot more I could disclose but I don't want to make this review too long. More

OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, NON -PRESSURE SALES TEAM First off such a PLEASURE to finally find a dealership that was non pressure and straight forward. Marley was so nice and easy to work with. When I sold my car I was going to take an Uber back to dealership to buy the 2016 VW GTI that she sold me. She said no worries, I will send a porter to get you. Sure enough the young man came and picked me up. Even from the car porter to Marley , Zoltan, Raffi and even Kevin the finance person ALL were a pleasure to work with. Zoltan took sooo much time with me to explain the function of all the accessories and how to work them in the car. But wait their service didnt stop here, Zoltan and Marley kept in touch with me , I told them a few things on the car (minor detail ) i had questions about. No problem bring the car in and we will go over it and explain any of your concerns. Marley called me after being out ill to find out how i liked my car. THIS DEALERSHIP ACTUALLY CARES about their customers. They dont just talk the talk but walk the walk as they say.I will recommend this dealership to ANYONE i know and dont know if they are looking for a car.... More

Very satisfied with this dealership We bought a used car from Autobarn and there was an issue known to the dealership when we bought the car: the rear camera was foggy. We were told to We bought a used car from Autobarn and there was an issue known to the dealership when we bought the car: the rear camera was foggy. We were told to have it checked at our free 30-day checkup. At that checkup they couldn't fix the issue and a member of the sales team assured me that Autobarn would pay for the repair when I had it done. They did and it wasn't cheap! Most impressive. Thanks, Autobarn, we will be back when we need to replace a car! More
